What we found

The business relied on several connected systems for pharmacy ordering, inventory, warehousing, pricing and compliance. Over time, performance bottlenecks and manual processes had made some critical activities slower and harder to manage.

What we did

We worked with management and operational users to identify root causes and prioritise practical improvements.

This included removing a bottleneck in pharmacy-order processing, developing a controlled platform for complex contract pricing, improving warehouse and compliance processes, and strengthening reporting and business continuity.

We also planned and delivered a staged move of critical applications to private-cloud infrastructure and helped the business select and prepare for its next ERP.

Outcome

Pharmacies received near-immediate order acknowledgements, contract pricing became easier to control at scale, and critical systems moved to a more resilient foundation.

What began as a health check became a long-term modernisation partnership, improving current operations while preparing the business for its next generation of systems.
